About the position:

  • As a Technology Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing Hibob’s marketplace and leveraging our Technology (ISV) partners to generate business value 
  • The position will be part of the business development organization, reporting directly to the Head of Tech Partnerships

What will you do:

  • Work closely with our product organization to identify relevant integration use cases for tech partners 
  • Qualify and onboard potential new tech partners to the marketplace program - manage inbound flow, conduct outreach, convey the value of Hibob for the partner, etc. 
  • Independently lead the discussions with prospective partners around commercial, product and legal structure, from discovery to final agreement.
  • Work closely with our leading global partners to realize mutual value - product adoption, co-marketing, lead generation, etc.
  • Work with cross-company stakeholders (product / R&D, marketing, sales, etc) who are relevant to the partner lifecycle, e.g. in co-marketing activities, adoption of combined solutions, enablement of partners, mutual customer support, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in partner business development, sales, management consulting, or operations management. 
  • Relationship Building: Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain a robust network of relationships. You will be a key ambassador for the company in fostering new partnerships.
  • Self-Driven: Ability to excel with minimal guidance, being proactive and adaptable in handling uncertainty within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strategic: demonstrate the ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment. 
  • HR tech ecosystem knowledge – a plus
