For our regional growth and further development in the DACH area, we are looking for an experienced and senior team manager to lead a team of three Partner Account Managers in Berlin.

Reporting to the Global VP Partnerships at Aircall, this position is key for driving regional success in EMEA. 

This role is for the Aircall office in Berlin (not remote, hybrid).

What you will do :

  • Define a regional partnerships strategy for your team and execute on it
  • Work actively with large and small partners to drive pipeline and closings
  • Organize events and other engagement touch-points for and with partners in your region
  • Help your team create activity roadmaps with main partners and automate the communication with smaller partners
  • Guide your team and support them in their personal and professional development
  • Represent Aircall wherever partnerships can be instrumental in achieving commercial goals
  • Train and educate internal and external teams on the partnerships concept and collaboration mechanisms
  • Work closely together with regional commercial leaders from Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success and their teams
  • Work and align with other partnerships and commercial leaders in EMEA and world-wide to exchange expertise and drive global development projects
  • Discover and create new business opportunities for partnerships

What we are looking for :

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a commercial position, of which at least 2 years leading a team
  • Strong leadership skills and project management experience
  • Well-developed analytical and people skills
  • Strong networking ability and an extraverted mindset
  • Experienced in cross-functional, international collaboration and sales processes
  • Previous experience in software/ Saas partnerships
  • Tech-affine and agile mindset, data-driven decision maker
  • Business development background and a hunter mindset are beneficial
  • Previous touchpoints to the Hubspot and/or Salesforce ecosystems are a plus
  • Perfect command of German and English languages is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
