We are looking for a results-oriented Channel Programs Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help accelerate our marketing efforts to join our growing team. This person will be working with our Sr. Director of Partner & Field Marketing to manage and grow Orca Security’s existing marketing partnerships with key channel partners. Working alongside the Sales/Business Development team, you will be responsible for the relationship management and partnership growth of all existing and future marketing partners.  

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a sales-focused mentality to communicate and earn support for partner growth initiatives. Through grit, humility, and persistence, you bring strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and sound business judgment, along with the ability to think about what is -- and what could be.

As part of the role you'll:

  • Quantitatively evaluate partners to inform strategy, priorities and team goals
  • Create Channel Marketing Strategy and Programs for Orca Security
  • Work closely with Orca Security Channel Business Managers
  • Enable, guide and ramp Orca Security Channel Business Managers to run Orca Security Campaigns with and through channel partners
  • Work across GTM campaign teams to develop and deliver channel content
  • Work with cross functional teams on product launches, sales plays and global initiatives to be the voice of the channel
  • Act as marketing liaison with the global marketing team on communications and key initiatives
  • Report results from campaigns executed with and through partners; share results with Field team, work with GEO marketing leads on program utilization and deliverables
  • Focus on executing impactful campaigns, coordinate quarterly with core marketing team for prime webinars
  • Foster creativity and find new ways to market with Channel Business Managers
  • Have responsibility for strategy and updates for the marketing section of partner portal
  • Collaborate with Channel Business Managers create a Americas and EMEA wide plan with top strategic partner



  • 5+ years of experience in a partner/channel marketing or partner management role
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience in cloud security or network security field is a huge plus
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbally, and with PowerPoint
  • Key interpersonal traits: self-starter, creativity, adaptability, unquestionable ethics & integrity, and a willingness to take calculated risks
  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering channel event programs for customers and prospects preferably in the software or related industries
