The Partner Manager's primary responsibility is to recruit and collaborate with new solution partners to achieve sales goals. The Partner Manager will work with partners to expand market share in the US Commercial market. We are looking for someone who understands how to navigate a growing channel business and how to build Partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, manage and support solution partners or related channel businesses to achieve sales targets.
Maintain good partners relationship, build solid and collaborative business partnership to deliver company’s key value.
Plan and implement channel partner program.
Coordinate with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure the success of partner programs.
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in the enterprise SaaS industry
Bachelor's degree or above
Experience in channel Sales in B2B SaaS, IT consulting, and cloud solutions is preferred.
Clear understanding of R&D project management, agile, DevOps;
PMP, ACP certificate is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced international team environment, open-minded and able to get the job done with proactive solutions.
