About the Role:
The world of employee engagement is evolving, and WorkBuzz is at the forefront of this transformation. As we celebrate our five-year anniversary, we're excited to invite an experienced and dynamic Partnership Director to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work. In this role, you will be responsible for driving global revenue success through strategic engagements with HR consultancies and HRTech platforms, contributing to our growth in the UK and US markets.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partner Engagement: Take ownership of the global revenue success of the partner channel, collaborating with the VP of Sales and executive team to drive WorkBuzz's presence in the HR consultancy and HRTech space.
- Partnership Identification: Identify, engage, and activate partners that are aligned to our ICP of deskless/frontline workers.
- Portfolio Management: Build on our existing portfolio of key partners, ensuring robust support and nurturing successful relationships to drive mutual growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, and customer success to align strategies with the WorkBuzz partner strategy.
- Business Advocacy: Grow and enhance the visibility of WorkBuzz across the HR eco-system, positioning yourself as a key advocate for the business.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Deliver regular reports on engaged partners, activated partnerships, and future revenue forecasts across the partner portfolio.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the executive team to identify and prioritize strategic partnerships, ensuring consistent focus on the priorities of the business.
- Customer Success Management: Work with the internal Partner CSM to ensure high satisfaction scores and retention of our partners.
About You:
Partnership Experience: Possess 5+ years of proven partnership experience, in the SaaS industry, with a bonus if you have a background in HRTech.
Go Getter Mentality: Ability to identify, sign up and activate new partners, nurturing these to deliver £pipeline and achieve mutual goals. Demonstrate the ability to execute swiftly, ideally in an early-stage Series A business environment.
Strategic Thinking: Bring a strong partners playbook to the table and build a scalable eco-system.
Collaborative Connector: Showcase exceptional interpersonal skills, acting as a bridge between internal teams and the external partner eco-system. Hybrid Work Model: Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with 2 days in our Milton Keynes office per week, plus international travel as required.

Salary: Up to 80K Basic dependent upon experience, 120K+ OTE
Location: Hybrid - Milton Keynes 2 days per week (40 minutes outside of London, UK)
