The impact you will create on the Job:

• Responsible to build Partner Ecosystem (PE) in the Emerging Markets.

• Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.

• Incubate and operationalize partnerships with industry-leading technology leaders – Think, Build, and Co-Market with them globally.

• Develop collaboration plans, strategize & execute go-to-market along with key Partners aiming at product adoption and customer success.

• Engage with Partners for On-Boarding/Partner Induction Processes, Sales Enablement (Product Training/Opportunity Lock-In), Joint GTM Models (Webinars, Podcasts, Collaterals, etc), Co-Publishing Joint Industry Specific Reports (Insights), and Managing Cadence Meetings.

• The focus is on Partner Categories such as – Independent Software Vendors, OEM Product Firms, Marketplace Enablers, System Integrators, SaaS-based Solution Providers, Digital Media Agencies & Resellers • Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Business Operations, Legal, Marketing, Product Marketing, Program Management, Engineering Services, Enterprise Sales, etc

• Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities by strengthening customer relationships and establishing trust, to grow the company business.

What do we look for?

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Strategic Alliances and Partnerships with a demonstrated history of working in Product companies offering SaaS Solutions.

• Strong influencing and consultative approach to forging long-term business associations.

• Experience in Business Alliances, ISV & SI Engagements, Strategic GTM Associations, and Partner Management.

• Proven experience in planning, strategizing, executing & driving GTM plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• You are highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on, problem solver.
