As the VP of People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the company's People strategy to support our ambitious growth plans. You will provide leadership and guidance on all people-related matters, ensuring the development and implementation of policies and programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
We are looking for an experienced and driven Partner Manager to join our Revenue Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth through collaborative go-to-market, commercialization, and marketing efforts with our valued partners. You will work closely with our partner ecosystem, internal cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to maximize the value of these partnerships, contribute to our growth strategy, and ultimately enhance our market presence.
- Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships with external organizations, technology providers, resellers, and other key stakeholders aligned with our business objectives and focused on commercialization and revenue growth
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that enhance our product commercialization and market positioning.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and partners to create and execute marketing campaigns, co-branded collateral, and promotional activities that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and joint business plans with partners to drive revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies and enhance our competitive edge.
- Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on partnership performance to senior management and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management or business development, particularly in roles focused on go-to-market, commercialization, and marketing partnerships.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market and marketing strategies within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner programs and initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results through collaboration and influence.
- Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and events.
