We are seeking an experienced Alliances Manager to join our team. The Alliances Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances with key organizations, businesses, and individuals that align with our company's goals and objectives. This role is crucial in driving growth, expanding our reach, and fostering collaboration within the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential alliance partners to create mutually beneficial relationships
  • Lead negotiations and develop partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to execute alliance strategies and maximize opportunities
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of alliance programs and develop reports to track progress
  • Maintain transparent and open communication channels with partners, promptly addressing expectations and issues

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in alliance management, business development, or partnership roles, with a track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships
  • Strong technical background and familiarity with endpoint management and IT operations
  • Previous experience working in the IT industry, particularly in IT infrastructure management, virtualization, or performance monitoring
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external partners
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events
