About The Position

We're seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our growing team as the founding Partner Marketing Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in building and executing high-impact partner marketing strategies.

In this multifaceted, cross-functional position, you'll collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including partner account managers, strategic partner leadership, solutions engineering, and customer support. This role owns marketing strategy and execution to, thru, and with partners, with your goal being to source and drive meaningful partner co-marketing opportunities, playing a critical role in our broader Go-To-Market strategy

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute outcome-focused partner marketing programs that align with GrowthLoop's broader messaging and strategic priorities, while serving as the primary interface between our partnership and marketing teams.
  • Seek, develop and nurture positive and productive relationships at key GrowthLoop partners to generate partner marketing and demand generation opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on partner marketing roadmaps and generate strategic recommendations for existing and new partner opportunities.
  • Create proactive quarterly plans for partner marketing activities through close collaboration with partner managers, partner points of contact, and our marketing team.
  • Strategically align and customize all partner marketing assets to support partner priorities and positioning/messaging strategies.
  • Work with content marketing and product marketing to create partner-focused content and collateral (e.g whitepaper, one-pagers, decks, etc).
  • Collaborate with partners to support relevant product launches, ensuring effective amplification and coordinated co-launch communication and amplification.
  • Partner with the broader GrowthLoop GTM team to identify, plan and coordinate memorable in-person event experiences that align to business goals and objectives.
  • Drive and promote partner engagement with GrowthLoop content, events and campaigns.
  • Manage and elevate GrowthLoop listings on partner websites, including identifying new opportunities for listings. Review and refine partner presence on GrowthLoop's own website.

Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship development skills; able to meaningfully influence partners and other key stakeholders, to drive the effective execution of partner marketing initiatives.
  • Revenue and goal focused, with a proven track record of proactively identifying marketing opportunities through strategic marketing within partner organizations.
  • Flexible and composed when navigating changing internal and partner priorities, market trends, industry shifts, and the unique challenges of a startup environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating diverse multimedia content, such as video production, written materials, and presentation slides.
  • Highly organized, with strong project management skills; can find and drive clarity in multi-stakeholder projects.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of relevant partner marketing experience, within an enterprise B2B context.
  • Experience with content marketing, demand generation, event marketing and lead capture.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing forward-thinking partner marketing strategies that have directly enabled company growth.
  • Experience in a startup environment is strongly preferred.
