The Opportunity

Adobe's professional Digital Video and Audio group (DVA) aims to provide best of class content creation tools to creatives working with audio, video, and motion graphics. The video tools in Adobe Creative Cloud are built around an open platform allowing our technology partners to offer tightly coordinated workflows to our mutual customers in markets such as OTT, Feature Film, Post-Production, Broadcast, Social Video Creators and Corporate Video Creation, etc.

We're looking for a Partner Manager to join our DVA Partnerships team under the DVA product management organization. This team handles several strategic partner relationships and is the conduit between the internal cross-functional teams and the partners while driving the relationships forward with deep technical understanding and exercising leadership to support the broader teams’ strategic goals.

We partner closely with many internal functions to drive our vision, with exposure to teams across the company as well as key business unit executives and leaders. You may also have an opportunity to interact with customers and partners externally.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and validate new partnership opportunities with potential to unlock or scale significant new ARR value.
  • Work with internal teams to investigate new growth opportunities that align with DVA’s top strategic priorities.
  • Gain a strong understanding of DVA’s product portfolio, growth strategy, and unique value proposition.
  • Help develop product and engineering training programs that our Partners could use.
  • Help find opportunities to replace manual processes in licensing, procurement & renewals
  • Help with Partner Portal intake forms, co-marketing assets and explore community resources

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • 1-3 years of experience working in Technology or Media and Entertainment company in Product Management, Product Marketing or other discipline
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, used to inspire teams, communicate vision and help drive consensus and forward motion
  • A desire to collaborate and work across multiple teams to establish a winning strategy and achieve results
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Ability to simplify complicated problems by breaking down technical solutions for internal, external, and executive audiences

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $91,900 -- $174,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
