The Senior Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, closing, and managing relationships with strategic partners in various verticals in the cellular and telecom industries. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, relationship management, and a deep understanding of our product and market.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Prospect, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Generate partnerships opportunities through various channels such as outbound outreach, attending conferences, networking, events, etc.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and consultative selling to understand partner challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strategize and collaborate with potential partners to drive a structured partnerships strategy to life.
  • Build and maintain profitable partner relationships, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to partnership priorities and objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to optimize partner collaboration.
  • Negotiate and finalize partner agreements in conjunction with legal and other relevant departments.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to the sales manager and other stakeholders.
  • Lead management of the bid and proposal process, including responding to RFIs/RFPs.

What Makes You Qualified

  • Minimum 6 or more years experience working within channel partnerships, business development, sales or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven track record of driving partnerships or B2B sales, and meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong business relationships
  • Ability to drive forward work independently while communicating and working across functions
  • Proactive and solution-forward with a bias for action
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software
  • Willingness to travel
  • All around team player, fast, and self-learning individual

The base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 with performance-based incentives including bonuses and/or commission. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
