Our Marketing team is seeking a Partnerships Marketing Manager (f/m/d). This new role will spearhead the creation and scaling of Commercial Partnerships at Moss, increasing our market presence, strengthening partner relationships and thereby creating commercial opportunities by leveraging relationships with partners.
Your Responsibilities
Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:
- Building and Scaling Partnerships - You will be responsible for developing the partnerships marketing framework from scratch. This will involve building key processes and crafting a comprehensive partnerships marketing strategy to drive business growth in strong collaboration with our partners.
- Collaboration - You will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Partnerships Teams in each of our markets, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with their specific needs and objectives.
- Events & Webinars - You will develop and execute a diverse range of partnership events to foster meaningful connections between partners, customers, and key stakeholders. These events will not only showcase Moss’ innovative solutions but also provide valuable insights and networking opportunities, solidifying our reputation as a collaborative and forward-thinking industry leader.
- Relationship Management - You will cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both partners and stakeholders by leveraging exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of customer needs and partner solutions.
- Providing Market Insight - Your keen eye for market trends and industry insights will guide you in devising effective mutually beneficial partnership initiatives that increase Moss’ market visibility and credibility.
About You
We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:
- Proven experience in a Partnerships Marketing role, ideally progressing from a conventional marketing position
- You are fluent in both German (working proficiency) and English

- Commercially minded - your understanding of the market landscape and partnerships model, allows you to identify opportunities that drive value, brand awareness and profit.
- Ownership - you take full responsibility for your work, and the impact it has. You’re proactive in ensuring results are successful and error free, and take measures to improve when they’re not.
