What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Optimize deal registration process and increase the Net New closed won percentage
- Advise channel account managers and sales leaders on deal registration approvals
- Ensure adherence to Partner Program Office policies and procedures in the region
- Launch new partner programs and focus on partner experience and execution
- Identify and accelerate partners based on partner stratification levels
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building partner programs
- Experience in the IT Security or SaaS technology industry is a plus
- Successful track record of working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in building MSP programs
- Previous experience in the IT Security or SaaS technology industry
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus across organizations
