As an Alliances Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key strategic allies to drive revenue growth and expand Natterbox's market presence. There will be a key focus on our Strategic technology partner Salesforce and the Ecosystem that surrounds it.

As an Alliances Manager, you will be responsible , generating new business through negotiating partnership agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute joint marketing and sales initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing existing alliances, ensuring partner satisfaction, and driving mutual revenue growth. Success in this role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of the mutual go to market opportunities for our partners.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic alliance partners, with a key focus on Salesforce and other technology partners in the Salesforce Ecosystem
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful execution of joint initiatives
  • Organize and execute, brand awareness and pipeline generating events
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies
  • Track and analyze partnership performance, evaluating key metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion
  • Drive partner enablement activities, including training sessions and resource support, to ensure partners are equipped to promote and sell Natterbox's solutions effectively
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge



  • 2-4 years Software Sales Experience
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
  • The ideal candidate will have strong vision, creativity and have a continuous curiosity within the technology industry
  • Have a proven history of managing through influence at all levels of the organization
  • Confident and succinct presentation style
  • Be able to demonstrate examples of organising and running in person events
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus in a matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights


  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Salesforce CRM experience is highly desirable
