We are looking for an Cloud Partner Manager having the following qualifications to be employed in our company.
Position Overview:
The Cloud Partner Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with our cloud partners, fostering collaboration, driving co-selling opportunities, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. The individual must have a deep understanding of cloud services, ecosystems, and the partner landscape. This role requires a blend of technical aptitude, relationship-building skills, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key cloud partners, ensuring regular communication, joint business planning, and alignment on go-to-market strategies.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new cloud partners to expand the company's cloud portfolio and reach.
- Work closely with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns, events, and co-selling initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to ensure mutual objectives are met and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth collaboration with partners.
- Understand the technical aspects of our partners' offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition internally and to customers.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the cloud space.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements, terms, and conditions.
- Address partner-related issues, concerns, or feedback promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Organize and participate in partner training sessions, meetings, and other activities to foster a strong partnership culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnership, alliance, or channel management, preferably in the cloud or technology sector.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Redhat Openshift etc.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems and dynamics.
- Proficient with CRM systems and partner management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications from major cloud providers (e.g., AWS Partner Training, Azure Partner Program, Google Cloud Training).
- Experience in co-selling or joint go-to-market strategies.
- Knowledge of additional IT domains or technologies that complement cloud offerings.
