This Senior level individual contributor role is critical to accelerating Egnyte’s channel sales growth through the development, execution and management of the global partner program and program components.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Partner Program and business process improvements to drive sales acceleration and ease of doing business with Egnyte Partners
  • Define, and document new partner program and financial incentive components. Work cross-functionally to define operational processes and dependencies required for successful program implementation
  • Develop and execute project plans, establish cross-functional teams and manage execution of program launches
  • Work with Egnyte partner marketing and branding to create and maintain all assets related to the Partner Program including:
  • Partner Program name, look/feel, logos, design
  • Partner Program master deck and sub-decks, inclusive of regional variances
  • Partner Program agreements
  • Partner Program Guide, inclusive of Policies and Procedures and FAQs
  • Execute and maintain the partner onboarding and enablement strategy
  • Implement and track effectiveness of the partner accreditation and certification program
  • Work cross-functionally to define and execute on continuing education of partners to drive partner self-sufficiency and sales productivity
  • Manage partner enablement tools including partner portal, LMS and incentive platform - inclusive of assets, look/feel, navigation, user experience
  • Establish onboarding plan for existing partners moving to new program inclusive of
  • Working sessions with channel sales teams to develop individual plans
  • Partner communications for migration strategy
  • Partner planning and ‘hand holding’ prior to conversion to new program
  • Track and report out on partner productivity and program compliance metrics
  • Lead the definition of a quarterly dashboard to track partner engagement on GTM initiatives, sales productivity, enablement and program compliance
  • Run quarterly reports and channel sales team updates on partner productivity
  • Manage partner promotion/demotion activity at end of each fiscal year
  • Support partner inquiries
  • Respond to inquiries to the partner email alias related to becoming a partner, quoting, and sales support

Your Qualifications:

This role is critical to the acceleration of Engyte’s partner-sourced and led business. The role requires strengths in communication, project management, collaboration, efficient decision making and follow-through. Cross-team engagement and organizational skills are a must. Successful candidates bring at least 8 years of experience in project management, partner program operations, channel marketing and/or channel sales support and partner portal and LMS execution.

  • Self-starter with commitment to follow-through on tasks
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage across all levels in the organization
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple high priority projects to closure
  • Strong writing skills with ability to build effective internal and partner-facing presentations and documentation
  • Depth of experience using SFDC, MS Excel, PRM, portal and LMS solutions
