SonicWall is seeking a talented and highly motivated Regional Field/Partner Manager in Brazil to join our team. As a local Field/Partner Manager in the cybersecurity/networking industry, you will be responsible for building a strong partnership with sellers and partners, while developing and executing local in-person events and digital activations to build pipeline and drive parnter recruitment. You will play a critical role in raising awareness locally in Brazil, building trust, and driving leads through strategic marketing programs such as account-based marketing. This role will full-fill 75% of time in region supporting sellers/partners and 25% supporting overall global marketing activations, such as implementing best practices cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
Own the development and execution of all local marketing activities, including direct to end-user activities as well as campaigns and programs run through our resellers and distributors in the region.
Work closely with the Field Marketing Senior Manager LATAM and the regional sales leadership to support the region’s business goals and targets. Using a variety of marketing tactics, including but not limited to digital campaigns, social media, webcasts and events, the role will also own tactical execution and analysis of marketing programs that ladder back to the global marketing team.
Drive thought leaderships initiatives, customer-focused activities, partner recruitment and integrated marketing campaigns and events.
Partner with subject matter experts to help generate content and messaging.
Report on overall campaign performance and help manage marketing budget execution.
Analyze sales and marketing metrics.
Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives.
Requirements
Experience working in cybersecurity companies.
Experience in channel environments, managing relationship with resellers and distributors.
Demonstrable experience with event planning and execution and digital campaigns.
Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills.
Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
Collaborative, strategic, creative, organized and solutions oriented.
Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
Project management skills, like goal setting and deadline management.
5+ year’s experience in B2B marketing, field and ABM activations a plus.
Language skills
Portuguese native speaker
English fluent
Spanish as an additional language is of advantage.
