Job Description

As the Partner Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for the onboarding and success of our new Fintech partners. These partners must become competent in marketing, selling, implementing, and supporting their solutions, driving rapid, consistent, and scalable growth across the partner ecosystem. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to extend and execute our partner enablement strategy based on an experienced understanding of our cloud and channel model. Success in this position requires a solid understanding of the major partner types and their business models, go-to-market strategies, channel sales models, and the ability to identify skills gaps and roadblocks to successful partner growth. Our ideal candidate has experience managing global programs, sales and marketing enablement programs and partner operations with a focus on time to revenue. You exhibit strong technology rigor, sales acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to build an enablement/delivery playbook that will scale with the channel scale and growth.

  • Be the team’s ambassador to Product Marketing and Partner Marketing and first point of contact
  • Document and develop Fintech Partner (FP) GTM process by product by country
  • Develop resources/tools/training/materials to educate and support FP Plus Tier Partners regarding available PMM/GTM options within a channel
  • Unify and coordinate the marketing needs and activities of our >40 Plus Tier partners and

gain approval from Product Marketing so those plans are incorporated into the central marketing plan for all relevant products, ISV channels and local accountant channels (a.k.a. hub and spoke model)

  • Manage team’s marketing assets (including sourcing material internally, via partners and agencies)
  • Assist with developing material/content for Partner recruitment when appropriate
  • Manage the team’s marketing budget.
  • Manage performance marketing KPIs to track success.
  • Create external presentations for expanding the relationship with existing partners
  • Help with researching industry information / payment landscape
  • Help crafting promotional campaigns for partners
  • Sales enablement tools for Direct and the VAR channel sales
  • Value Prop Deck for Partner Prospects
  • Quarterly Business Review Template creation
  • Create and manage feedback loop system for Partnerships with KPI/metrics tracking
  • Enable and execute with Partners on tools like Reveal and Crossbeam
