The team is constantly growing and we're looking for a Partnerships Manager who can join our Brand Team and own the partnerships strategy and execution end-to-end. We are already being approached by some potential resellers and brand partners who want to work with us. You will take the lead on driving these exciting opportunities through and building an entire partnerships strategy.

Requirements:

  • A fluent English speaker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal
  • 3+ years of experience in handling partnership programs at a fast-growing tech company
  • Proven track record of executing B2B partnership programs and driving client acquisition
  • Understanding of the various partner program models, especially resellers-based and co-marketing partnerships
  • Focus on business metrics and ability to evaluate different partnerships based on KPIs
  • Great project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to perform cold outreach and develop warm leads
  • An action-oriented achiever with exceptional follow-through and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Understanding of a startup and e-commerce environment

Bonus points:

  • Previously working in an international start-up environment or e-commerce
  • Eagerness to become a Packhelp brand ambassador

Responsibilities:

  • Build a strategic framework identifying different tiers of partners for Packhelp, including resellers, distribution, co-marketing, and other commercial partners
  • Own the partnerships strategy and execution end-to-end: everything from developing 1:1 relationships with key partners, to maintaining a pipeline of key partners we want to work with, to negotiating and executing partnership agreements with them
  • Driving client acquisition and increasing brand awareness through partnerships
  • Tracking and monitoring key growth metrics and being prepared to do in-depth business analysis whilst providing the appropriate visibility to the CMO and Head of Brand & Communications
  • Partner with the marketing, CRM, and customer support teams to coordinate joint co-marketing activities between our partners and Packhelp
  • Developing pitch materials and leading pitch meetings with potential partners
