MyCase is looking for a strong leader who will lead the development and growth of new channels for MyCase especially the Accountant Channel. As the Director of Channels, you will develop a plan to encourage Accountants to know, use, love and recommend MyCase to their law firm clients. Additionally, you will explore other potential channels including IT, consultants, and other legal tech partners who could help influence law firms to make their software decisions.

A successful candidate in this role will have exceptional organization skills and be able to leverage their experience to create key partnerships with business and leadership to shape the vision, chart a course, and drive business impact. You can work well internally across functional lines to marshall the resources required to create channel success, and you work well externally to influence and be the face of MyCase to our channel partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a long-term strategic vision for our Channel strategy
  • Put together a plan of accountability to generate +100 users per month next year via recommendations.
  • Establish an economic model that makes sense for our business and our partners.
  • Create a budget, and manage effectively within it.
  • Identify KPI’s and OKR’s for the position, and deliver on those.
  • Work effectively with Marketing, Sales, and Product to do what it takes to grow via new channels.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced people manager with 10+ years in leading channel strategies.
  • Experience with Accountants, understanding their needs and motivations.
  • Ability to build quick trust on teams, and approach problems from a curious, ready-to-learn perspective
  • Proven record of successful outcomes and KPIs demonstrating business impact
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions
  • Demonstrated love for technology and keeping up with the rapid pace of advances in the field 
  • Proven ability to define a clear vision and plan that is challenging, but achievable and motivating all stakeholders
  • Track record of exceptional personal results, routinely setting and meeting commitments that are a stretch for others
