We’re creating a new market segment and our integration marketplace as a service (iMaaS) platform accelerates product and engineering teams at companies like ShipBob, Gorgias and Whiplash.

We’re looking for our first Product Manager to join us in our next phase of growth as we help every SaaS company #integrateallthethings.

About the role:

As our first product manager, a core part of your responsibility will be defining the role of product at the company. Reporting to the CTO, you will be responsible for defining our long term product execution strategy. Working closely with product marketing, customer success, and engineering, you will ensure our product evolves to best meet the needs of both our current and prospective customers.

You should have strong qualitative and quantitative judgment and excel at working with and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders. You are capable of evaluating and presenting trade-offs in order to define optimized solutions and will be the owner of Pandium’s product roadmap.

You should have:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience at a B2B startup
  • The ability to discover, understand,and make decisions based on data available to you
  • Experience creating wireframes, product specifications, and presentations of a business case
  • Ready to work at early stage startup and take ownership of the product and your role and direction of the team
  • Experience with the entire product development lifecycle, from business case to solution, from idea to UX and design, from mvp to fully featured product offering
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree or relevant work experience, including experience in product management for developer-focused tools

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience working with integrations and APIs
  • Experience working on a product where some of the users are the customers' customers
  • Strong design and UX skills
  • A non-traditional background or are a career changer
