Technology partnerships are a key channel for Uncapped’s growth, and we are looking for an ambitious self-starter to develop these strategic relationships.

You will be focused on identifying partners that will drive sales and product synergies. Your experience in the digital space enables you to qualify partners, identify the right stakeholders, and find ways for both companies to extract value from a collaborative strategy.

What you will do ✍️

  • Develop new strategic partnerships and bolster valuable ongoing relationships through business planning and goal setting
  • Work with partners to develop business plans to achieve KPIs, conduct QBRs, and measure performance against pre-established metrics
  • Manage the co-creation and deployment of marketing collateral to effectively reach our partners’ end users
  • Be the face of the company at various industry events, co-marketing activities, etc.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and effectively maintain a CRM with detailed and accurate notes of all partner management related activities to achieve goals and project KPIs

Who you are 👀

  • 3+ years of technology industry experience, ideally in a high growth context
  • You will have a Business development, Partner management, direct sales, or account management experience
  • You are a hunter, excited by the prospect of driving new business
  • Self-starter and strategic planner, able to deploy your own tactics to reach a defined objective
  • Skilled at building relationships at all levels of partner / sales organizations up to and including exec level
  • Strong knowledge of the general technology landscape. You will have either worked in Fintech, E-commerce, or used the products we integrate with.
  • Comfort working in a result driven, fully remote environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
