Partner Experience Manager

This person will begin to own our early user adoption KPIs and build a team of CS / CX reps to scale our platform.

Responsibilities: 

  • Developing relationships with agencies users as their CS POC
  • Partnerhub Onboarding calls
  • Creating and documenting our CS SOPs
  • Sending user blasts related to updates
  • Updating our Guides with new feature tutorials and FAQs
  • Sending weekly reminders to clients to upload offers
  • Review all new offers in Partnerhub - Weekly
  • Send offer correction needs to the user when necessary
  • Reviewing tech applicants and approving or denying them
  • Hiring and managing others when we are ready

Background requirements: 

  • 2+ years of user support work with a SaaS product
  • Understanding of general UX principles
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Eager to help an early stage startup achieve success with a product no one has seen before.
