Not at them. As the only global messaging partner of Meta and Google, we are looking for a an ambitious Senior Partnership & Alliance Manager to join our US team to help build and grow our partner ecosystem with channel partners and technology partners.

Reporting into the Head of Partnerships, you will be focused on establishing our go-to-market motion with partners in the US to empower more brands to scale one-to-one chat with consumers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Spectrm’s platform and product category to articulate our value to partners and their customers
  • Recruit, build, and establish go-to-market relationships with channel & tech partners to grow Spectrm’s ecosystem in the US
  • Drive new & grow existing ARR through evangelism, field engagement, joint GTM initiatives, pipeline development, deal registration, and business reviews
  • Educate teams internally on the value of Spectrm’s partners
  • Identify and access new business opportunities to increase value for our partners, customers, and go-to-market team
  • Work cross-functionally to support deal & go-to-market acceleration
  • Collect, prioritize & funnel ecosystem feedback to inform business priorities and product roadmap
  • Monitor key metrics such as PQLs (partner qualified leads) and Partner Sourced & Influenced Revenue across your own book of business as well as per partner.

  • Partnerships are your thing. You have +3 years experience building and growing partnerships with channel- and/or technology partners.
  • Talk marketing to me. You possess a good understanding of the marketing space, its key challenges, - trends, - technologies, and how Spectrm fits into that.
  • Ambitious goals excite you. You are comfortable with carrying pipeline and revenue goals for partnerships.
  • Hand me that mic. You are a great communicator to clearly articulate Spectrm’s positioning and value proposition.
  • Learning never stops. You are a proactive learner and enjoy constructive feedback.
  • Juggling priorities? No problem! You have outstanding organizational and time-management skills supporting a process oriented approach.
  • You get people. Strong relationship building and negotiation skills are key!

Extra points if any of the below apply to you:

  • Did we mention our partners and clients love marketing? Previous experience at another vendor in the modern martech stack.
  • Connections help. Previous experience working with national / global agencies, consultancies, and/or Meta and/or Google.
  • You know us and/or our space? Well, we love that. Previous experience working with Spectrm or with/for other players in the conversational marketing space.
