Partner Development Manager to lead our sales teams’ engagement with our Federal Public Sector Partner accounts. Ideal candidate will have a mix of business development, relationship management, strategic planning, and account management. Experience in direct sales, traditional consulting or at a SaaS player is a plus. Must be able to communicate thoughts and ideas exceptionally well, self-sufficient and able to manage multiple projects with little supervision. The Partner/Alliances Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for working with the direct sales team to engage Alliance partners in sales opportunities in a co-sell environment. This is a quota carrying position. Must be committed to working in a fast-paced environment.


  • A leader in the following areas:
  • Relationship management, building relationships with both direct sales and Public Sector alliance partners
  • Business development
  • Quota Achievement


  • Manage a quota for both alliance opportunity and alliance influenced ARR
  • Assist direct sales account executives in closing deals by engaging alliance partners
  • Manage leading indicators to build an alliances pipeline 1-2 quarters out.
  • Work with account executives to build an alliance engagement strategy by opportunity or by target account
  • Manage communications and activities for both internal and external resources

Key Skill Sets Required

  • Experience/knowledge of Federal business, required partners in Federal space
  • Channel business development skills
  • Solid understanding of Public Sector ecosystem
  • Experience working with Carahsoft, Booz Allen, Immix, Northrup
  • Account and relationship management skills
  • Collaborating with Field Account Executives
  • 6-8 Years’ experience in an Alliances role
  • Prior Direct Sales experience is a plus.
  • Digital experience mandatory / required; Social experience is preferred
  • Ability to listen, comprehend, and execute
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Consummate communicator (written & oral)
  • High energy levels and big appetite for work
  • Self-Starter / Entrepreneurial mentality
  • Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
