This exciting new role will be a key part of the partner team, responsible for the overall Orbus Global Partner program. This role will be the subject matter expert and will own the implementation and execution of all components of driving a successful Partner Program. The partner program manager will collaborate with the partner sales team and various business stakeholders to drive and manage key initiatives, helping Orbus scale and drive additional revenue and new partner influenced business. The partner program manager role will ultimately be responsible for the successful design, delivery, and analysis of the Partner program.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop business requirements and maintain program roadmaps, strategies and materials through collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure partner satisfaction and deliver business results.
  • Build, develop and maintain highly collaborative and effective working relationships with key stakeholders (Operations, Training, Marketing, Legal and IT and GTM) for proactive planning and execution of partner program.
  • Engage with channel partners in collaboration with partner team, including the joint business planning process to create and execute lead generation strategies, campaigns and go-to-market plans with key partners. Manage partner with sales & analytics on campaign KPIs
  • Develop current/future state to drive development of partner program technical platform (PRM, Portal, Enablement, Content management, Partner pages) with key stakeholders
  • Steer and manage partner enablement programs with supported metrics to drive productivity and drive business growth
  • Team with sales and delivery operations organizations to ensure positive partner engagement and program effectiveness

Job requirements


  • Must have advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully executing partner, training and enablement programs
  • Demonstrated sales and marketing skills for impactful program development and track record of execution
  • Candidate must also be highly self-motivated, able to work in an independent environment, able to manage multiple tasks and projects, detail oriented and capable of excellent follow through
  • A minimum of 5+ years of technology channel marketing or channel programs experience is required
  • Understand and can articulate channel segmentation and the value they bring to the sales process
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-changing, fast-paced and demanding startup – environment.
