About the Role:

Partnerships are critical at Aircall. We’re an integrations-first company and the majority of our customers use multiple integrations. Customer happiness/stickiness is largely driven up by integration quality and usage, and we work with partners to source more than a third of new revenue in North America.

We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Partner Account Manager to manage some of Aircall’s most exciting integration partnerships which are key to Aircall’s continued success. In this role, you will own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue for your portfolio, engage with your partners at all levels of the organization, and lead a variety of partner initiatives supporting our Sales, Success, Marketing and Product teams. This role can be based in New York City or remotely in the U.S., and reports into the Manager of Strategic Partnerships, North America, based in New York.

This role can be based in our New York City office (hybrid model work schedule: 3x/week onsite) or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do:

  • Own strategy, relationships, and revenue with your partners:
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue with your partners and deploy a wide variety of strategies and tactics with your partners to reach your objectives.
  • Be the main point of contact with our partners and build long-lasting relationships at all levels of your partner organizations (Account Executives all the way to executive leadership).
  • Develop key incentive plans and relationship building strategies to make sure Aircall is always top of mind.
  • Channel your creative side to plan events, identify co-marketing opportunities, and gain exposure amongst your partners.
  • Effectively communicate Aircall’s vision, value proposition, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy to our partners. Conduct product demonstrations and enablement sessions with partners.
  • Own the overarching partnerships strategy with two of Aircall's most strategic helpdesk and business messaging platform integration partners
  • Coordinate internally with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure partners and their customers have a remarkable experience with Aircall:
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to ensure prospects and customers working with Aircall and our partners achieve their integration business objectives.
  • Co-ordinate with the Marketing team on the Partner marketing strategy across demand generation, field initiatives, and product marketing.
  • Support the Ecosystem product and technology teams and collaborate on product roadmap and integration improvements.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience: you have 4+ years of experience in SaaS Partnerships, Business Development, Sales or Customer Success, demonstrating abilities to work with complex organizations, understand technical challenges, and generate revenue.
  • Relationship builder: you are able to build relationships at all levels of partner organizations from individual contributors to company executives. Deep interpersonal skills with the savviness of knowing when to push and when to nurture partners and internal stakeholders to get results.
  • Skilled communicator: you pride yourself in representing Aircall and communicating business and technical information to a wide variety of audiences, including executives, sales, marketing, product and engineering.
  • Savvy about software: you have a special interest for the SaaS industry, you are not afraid of APIs, you can manipulate spreadsheets and understand SaaS business metrics, and are able to build strong operations and processes to support the growth of your partners.
