The Role

In this role, you will scale and expand on the success of an established agency & technology partner program Globally. You will work very closely with our Sales organization on sourcing new business pipelines and influencing pipelines via our agency, technology partners, and consulting firms. You will be largely measured on quality pipeline generation, which is created through deploying strategic GTM programs with these partners. You will help to evolve the agency alliance strategy and action partner GTM plans. You will acquire and onboard new agency partners with your strong relationship skills, whilst also managing and growing relationships with an existing patch of agency/technology/consulting firms.

What you will do?

- Have end-to-end ownership of the Alliance relationships.

- Have the ownership of the framework/JGTM and technical/sales enablement within the partner organization

- Carry the Global Alliance Pipeline & Revenue targets 

- Own the governance on the GTM, enablement, and partner agreements that manifest in the quality net-new business pipeline for the region

- Evangelize the Insider story in the market to build more partner outreach and then articulate the same with the partner organizations ultimately 

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and success team of Insider in executing the GTM plan

- Execute joint events & campaigns to generate new opportunities and positioning Insider within the partner’s ecosystem

- Be responsible for the onboarding of strategic partners & advisors with a clear agenda on the monetization of large revenues and commitment of targets

Skills & Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with partner/agency development and management
  • Previous leadership experience working with digital agencies, consultancies and system integrators
  • High-level of business acumen
  • Fluent in SaaS business models
  • Demonstrated success managing executive relationships with partners and customers
  • Ability to set clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets
  • Ability to influence product and engineering teams based on partner insights
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to succeed working cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and partner success team.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work both autonomously and as a team player
