The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial partnerships professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, highly motivated with a strong track record in digital marketing SaaS and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.

You will be responsible for working with our strategic partners to expand the sophistication and usage of Phrasee’s language optimization technology across the digital marketing landscape.

As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will:

  • Be a strategic player at Phrasee, owning our global reseller partnership relationship with Visa and a selection of strategic UK ISV relationships.
  • Own our reseller relationship with Visa including sourcing and closing new business deals.
  • Be responsible for building and maintaining long lasting relationships with your strategic partners, at all levels.
  • Own a target for sourced and influenced net new opportunities from your partner’s customer base.
  • Work hand in hand with our Customer Success and Sales team to drive more sophisticated use cases with our clients.
  • Be an enthusiastic advocate for Phrasee, our product, and our partners.

You have / are:

  • Worked in a marketing technology company, and or digital marketing agency environment.
  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, with 1.5+ of those managing revenue driving B2B SaaS partnerships, experience with reseller partners or ISV partnerships is a bonus.
  • Been the linchpin of a strategic partnership - managing conversations internally and externally, organising processes and people, and collaborating madly.
  • A personal track record of success in software partnerships, including driving new business with a partner to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Built strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders and thrive on growing value for customers.
  • A strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit - Phrasee is growing quickly and the team is split across North America and the UK, meaning each employee will be given significant responsibility and autonomy.
  • Organised and full of initiative, you can motivate yourself and work independently.

This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate to attend periodic client meetings in London.
