The Business Development Representative - Partner Programs is a newly created position at Talon.One, reporting into the Partnerships organization, and working closely with the US Senior Partner Manager and the broader partnerships, sales, solutions engineering, and marketing teams.

We are looking for someone who understands that working in SaaS partnerships combines sales, marketing, enablement, and involves bridging the technical and strategic gap between our partners and internal team members. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver and someone who can connect the dots between platforms and services to create offerings that help our customers succeed and our partners grow. 



  • Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries from prospective partners
  • Learn and express good knowledge of our product and its relation to our customers’ technology stacks and overall promotion/loyalty strategy
  • Identify how the Talon.One platform will work with our partners’ technology and fit into their business objectives
  • Research and engage with potential target solution and technology partners that complement Talon.One’s offerings and customer needs
  • Provide research within existing and prospective targeted partner accounts to identify contacts, important account information, and relevant information to help the partnership go-to-market motion
  • Get decision-makers at target partners excited to get on a demo call with Talon.One, mostly through sending outbound email campaigns to prospects
  • Analyze the results of the outbound campaigns and provide actionable insights
  • Set up qualified demos and conversations for our partner managers and partner engineer
  • Manage lead status, data integrity, and accuracy in Salesforce
  • Work cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Sales and Marketing

  • Strong ability to take responsibility for successes and failures

  • Have a desire to learn about partnerships, our ecosystem, and our customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a B2B software/technology sales role, working at a marketing agency or consultancy, or in a channel sales or account management role is a nice-to-have
