You will be responsible for scaling the partnership program at TrustRadius and aligned with our revenue team for renewals, expansions and new business opportunities. You must be a strategic thinker, comfortable managing relationships with external partners and have advanced analytical skills with a passion for the tech industry. You must have an entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to drive short and long term strategic and revenue opportunities. You need to identify and develop partnerships to expand the growing TrustRadius ecosystem and maximize revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and educate external partner teams on the value proposition of TR
  • Work with Leadership on future partnerships
  • Act as an overlay to drive revenue growth that align with partnership agreements
  • Develop formalized business plans including commercial terms, go to market strategy and an execution plan.
  • Work closely across multiple functional areas (Product, Engineering, Sales & Marketing) in order to execute deals.
  • Stay abreast of key industry trends to make recommendations on new opportunities.
  • Articulate the strategic direction internally and externally

Desired Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual with solid experience building and managing growth partnership programs:

  • Significant experience (3-5 years) working in partnerships, business development, strategy or related capacity
  • Strong people management skills required
  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and business judgment
  • Superb communication, both oral and written
  • Ability to manage concurrent and time sensitive projects
  • Ability to listen well, contribute to creative business discussions, influence the thinking of or gain acceptance from leadership and stakeholders
  • Background in contract negotiation
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail, time management and the ability to multitask Team player
  • Self-starter
  • Delivers through to execution
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
