Position Description

The Channel Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the operations and execution of the NINJIO Partner Program. This individual needs to be a self-starter with a proven history of successful channel sales operations, PRM and CRM development and design with the ability to work cross functionally to create business and process efficiencies.

Essential Functions:

  • Support day to day functions of channel sales operations, and support teams.
  • Alert sales and senior leadership to problems that may delay or jeopardize deployment of offered channel products.
  • Capture and advise best practices and process for channel sales operations.
  • Coordinate internal teams to create or improve processes across all functional business areas, including finance, sales, operations, service delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the PRM system interacting with vendor and adapting the tool to best fit our business.
  • Create foundational systems dashboards for senior leadership to visualize and recognize health of channel business.
  • Approve and/or validate orders and partner deal registrations
  • Assist in governance of Partner Program
  • Occasional travel may be required

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a professional capacity in sales operations, channel sales, customer experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate efforts cross functionally (internally and externally)
  • Strong communicator who can be a mediator between multiple departments and vendors.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Partner (or Customer) Relationship Management Systems, Visio Or related process flow tools.
  • Willingness to advocate on behalf of channel and partners
  • Experience creating, updating and delivering presentations
  • Experience in the Cybersecurity industry preferred
  • Sales, operations and leadership experience is a must
  • Individual must be highly organized and self-directed with proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
