Channel partnerships are a very strategic revenue growth and pipeline generation opportunity for Regal and our channel partners. We are looking for someone to build a foundation for this part of the business and grow it substantially for this critical part of the business going forward. As the first partnerships hire, you will spearhead the entire channel development strategy at Regal and will work cross-functionally across the sales, marketing and design teams to help achieve ambitious revenue and pipeline generation goals. You will reach out to potential partners, form agreements, and manage the success of those relationships. The role reports directly to our Chief Marketing Officer. 

Our high level goal for this role is to build the foundation for and execute on a channel development and sales strategy that constitutes a large proportion of our overall revenue base over the next few years.


  • Form a deep understanding of our ecosystem, and identify what good channel partners look like
  • Create outbound strategies and marketing materials to attract new partners
  • Develop, monitor and adjust the strategy, ideal partner profiles and engagement tactics to continuously improve results
  • Put in processes to track partner engagement, revenue, and integration adoption
  • Create standardized partner training and go-to-market materials with marketing
  • Ownership and management of partner relationship management system 
  • Reporting, budget and forecast channel partner pipeline generation


  • 5-7 years of experience working in channel partnerships at a fast-growth startup with strong self-starter capabilities
  • Prior experience working with strategic players in the Contact Center industry, in particular Master Agents 
  • Experience working with marketing on developing a conference and roadshow strategy to engage with channel partners 
  • Ability to structure channel partnership agreements and prior experience signing contracts for channel partners 
  • Strong management skills and prior management experience 
  • Demonstrated experience delivering successfully against predetermined growth KPIs and targets 
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills and established strategic network

This position is available in New York City & San Francisco.

We have offices in NYC (Flatiron), Boston (Downtown/Financial) and San Francisco (Financial District). In office is required T/W/TH. Office optional M/F. Covid protocols and vaccination policy in place.
